Here are a few random pictures that didn't really fit the Easter or birthday posts. They're just so cute I couldn't resist posting them!

Pedicure and manicure fun with daddy! Andelynn loves to have Josh paint her fingers and toes. She then tells everybody who will listen exactly who's responsible for the beautiful nails! It's a very relaxing process, and like most salon clients, she's telling her "nail tech" all about her day!

Andelynn still insists on routine nakedness. She loves to strip off the clothes and pull-ups and run around in all her glory. On this night she decided her new cowboy boots completed the naked ensemble.

Another favorite activity is playing "Doctor." Every night Andelynn puts her father on the floor and checks to see if he's healthy. She then force feeds him "Tylenol." It's really cute, and I'm glad he's the patient and not me!

Second Birthday Party

April 18th 2009

Andelynn had a great time at her birthday party. She received lots of clothes and a beautiful jewelry/tiara set from Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa. Obviously, she insisted on wearing the tiara and jewelry for the entire party! She also loved the new dress grandma and grandpa Swanson sent, and insisted on wearing it for her party.

long overdue

I realize I'm way overdue in updating my blog, but better late than never! I actually have a really good excuse; my computer is possessed. I've had major issues getting anything done on my computer since November, and its new trick is to block any attempts at adding pictures to a blog. But, I found a temporary solution; I stole my brother-in-law's computer!

normal color before his parents saw him!

Halloween and other things

Daddy's Little Cowgirl

When you don't have a horse improvise!! When you're only 20lbs a dog works just as well. Andelynn loves to sit on Gwen, and the sad thing is Gwen puts up with it! That dog will let Andelynn get away with everything- except crying. If Andelynn cries Gwen comes running to see what we're doing to hurt her poor girl.

SNOW WHITE

Halloween was a great time. Andelynn loved trick-or-treating- especially when she received a bag of Doritos. She did think, however, that she was invited into every house we visited and tried to make herself at home. It was especially difficult to pry her away from houses with dogs.

Naked Mozart

Andelynn's new favorite outfit is none at all. She has become our resident nudist. On this night, however, she decided she needed to wear her white jacket and nothing else. She then went in, stuck her bum in the air, and began playing the piano. Thank goodness she has very few accidents during naked time!!

Andelynn's first smore. It was a huge hit!! She absolutely loved it and we had to hide the rest of them from her so she wouldn't want to eat them all. Unfortunately nobody hid them from Nicole and me- we did eat them all!!

New blog!

Well, I've finally done it. I've decided to start a family blog. OK, I started it in March, but then forgot my password and where it was located, so I couldn't post anything. Hopefully my memory will stick around this time!

I highly doubt I will keep up to date, but I will do my best. Our life is fairly boring. Nothing but work and sleep, so my blog will mostly be adorable pictures of my sweet little monkey, Andelynn.

This is a picture of Andelynn and Josh playing "cows." It's one of their favorite games, and involves a great deal of head-butting and squealing.

We're very stylish. This is an picture of Andelynn in her jammies and her favorite jean jacket. She insisted on wearing them together.
